vcard.vip provides digital presence solutions including but not limited to:

• VIP Link Pages - professionally designed link-in-bio style pages
• Sales Funnel Pro - custom sales funnels with email automation
• Enterprise Suite - comprehensive digital marketing solutions including websites, phone systems, and automation

All services include a subdomain on vcard.vip (e.g., yourname.vcard.vip) with the option to connect your own custom domain.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Setup fees are due upon commencement of services. Recurring fees (annual or monthly, depending on the plan) are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Neobiz Ventures LLC. You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subdomain Usage

Subdomains provided on vcard.vip are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to deny or revoke subdomain allocations that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or trademark guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neobiz Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your subdomain will be released.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
